He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Workman and Anna Gaye Workman; and his brother Jerry Lee Workman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Burcham Taylor Workman; his children, Anthony Shane Workman, Jr. and Destiny Workman of Montana; his grandchildren, Mason Lee Turner and Charlotte Taylor; his stepson Matthew Taylor; his sister Cynthia Ann Workman Henson (Phillip); and his nephew Anthony Tyler Herman Workman.
