He is survived by: his children, Tomi Sue Perry of Chesapeake, Ohio and Jason Wilson (Tiffany) of Chesapeake, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jacob, Erin, Summer, Kyle, Brandon, Renae, Autumn, Chayton, Leeah and MacKenzie; his great grandchildren, Owen and Gracelynn; his sister Deloris Barker (Ken) of Gallion, Ohio; and his significant other Penny Viars. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
