He is survived by: his parents, Ray Leffingwell of Paradise Island, FL and Amanda Smith Leffingwell of Chesapeake, OH.; his children, Nathaniel Smith of Chesapeake, Kyle Smith of Chesapeake, Tessa Smith of Chesapeake, Ethan Smith of Chesapeake, Gaige Smith of Huntington, Henley Smith of Huntington, Caleb Smith of Chesapeake, John Christian Stanley of Huntington and Mason Haug of Huntington; his siblings, Mary Leffingwell of St. Petersburg, FL and Josh Leffingwell of Chesapeake; his granddaughter Ella Rose Smith of Chesapeake; his grandmothers, Margaret Riley and Virginia Pancake; his nephew Carter Smith; his significant other Holly Haug; his aunts, Karen Workman and Margaret Leffingwell; his cousins, Brandi Jackson (Dale), Brandin Jackson, Braden Jackson and A.
