He is survived by: his wife Annette McKenzie; his children, Bryson, Hunter, Triston and Kelsey; his parents, William McKenzie of Kitts Hill, OH and Sharon McKenzie of South Point, OH; his grandparents, William, Karen McKenzie of Waterloo, OH and Lillian McKenzie of Kitts Hill, OH; his siblings, Kevin McKenzie of Greenup, KY and Mendy McKenzie of South Point, OH; and his mother-in-law Annette Hay of Russell, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
