He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Elliott Brown Jr. of Connecticut and Anita Anne Gibson (Dean) of Chesapeake, Ohio.; and his brother Wallace Elliott "Chip" Brown III. He is survived by: his siblings, Vanessa Brown Grace, Kathleen "Katie" Akers Norton and Anthony Scott Brown of Jacksonville, Florida.; his nephews, Justin M Peacock, Ryan A Grace and Zachary T Adkins; his aunt Nancy Gregg of Florida; and his cousins, Chel and Terri.
