He is survived by: his wife Diane Ball; his children, Candace James of Lillington, NC, Tammy Whited of Milan, IL and Don Anderson of Northridge, CA; and his siblings, Lyn Carver of Welborn, FL, Anna Lou Bortgis of Hinton, WV, Joni Koenig of Hinton, WV and Jerry Carr of Georgia. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
