He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Gaither; his grandchildren, Leevie Smith (Kaylee) and Ashley Smith; his great grandchildren, Lucas Wray, Isabella Rose Ann and William Joe; his brothers, Michael Day and Leslie William Day; his stepson Todd Shafer (Christy); his stepgrandson Ethan; his stepson Wes Shafer (Rosaura); his stepgrandchild Allison; and his stepson Nathan Hogan.
