He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Rice and Myrtle Rice; and his brothers, Jim, Mike and Butch Rice.
He is survived by: his children, Katie Walker, Lisa Rice, Jamie Rice and Jeremy Rice; and his siblings, Shelby Clark, Carol Booth, Anita Carey, Gary Rice and Jeff Rice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
