He is survived by: his wife Gail Maynard; his sons, Shane Maynard of Proctorville and Shawn Maynard (Lisa) of Chesapeake, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Cindy Maynard; his grandchildren, Dakota, Shawna, Hannah (Zane), Kayley, Kaitlin and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Shannon and Tate.
