He was predeceased by: his parents, Garold Black and Marcella Prince Black; and his granddaughter Toni Nichole Black. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McNeely Black; his children, Lisa Black Browning (Kevin), Kevin Black (Victoria) and Dr. Michael Black (Kristen); and his grandchildren, Todd Skaggs, Aaron Skaggs, Brett Black, Caleb Black, Adalyn Black and Myla Black. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
