We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 92, Ethel L. Fowler of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Grayson Fuller and Grace Audrey Peyton Fuller; her husband William "Ray" Fowler; her brother Raymond Fuller; and her son-in-law Darrell Shaver.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Fowler Shaver; and her sister Wanda Keefer (Carroll). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
