He is survived by: his sons, Vernon Buffington (Tami) of Youngstown and Victor Buffington of West Portsmouth, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kate Thein, Tyler Buffington and Brooke Buffington; and his siblings, Jack, Jerry Buffington, Rena Lane and Wanda Buffington.
