He was predeceased by: his parents, Alka Keefer and Mildred Niday Keefer; his daughter Sheila Keefer Johnson; and his great grandchild Joshua Blake. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fuller Keefer; his son Kevin Keefer (Tonya) of Chesapeake, Ohio; his son-in-law Bruce Johnson of Chesapeake, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jerri Blake, Aaron Johnson, Caleb Keefer (Miranda), Gabriel Keefer, Luke Keefer and Elizabeth Keefer; his great grandchildren, Jacob Spencer, Dylan Blake, Zachary Johnson, Thomas Johnson, Will Johnson, Skylar Marie Keefer and Danielle Keefer; his great great grandchildren, Logan Spencer and Layla Spencer; and his close friend Gideon.
