He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando Carter and Lucille Carter. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Childers Carter; and his sons, Tim Childers (Merilee) and Shane Carter (Trenna). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
