He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Galloway; his son Carl Michael Galloway (Debbie Galloway) of Brentwood, TN; his grandchildren, Jordan, Josh and Jenna Galloway; and his sisters-in-law, Ina Lee Dunfee and Peggy Corn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
