She was predeceased by: her father Paul Ashworth; her husband Thomas Banks; and her brother Wayne Woodyard. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Green (Dwayne) of Lancaster, Bonnie Bowers of Gallipolis, Paula Smith, Deborah Gray of Proctorville and Timothy Woodyard (Jeannette) of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
