Bill Duncan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Duncan (Chesapeake, Ohio), who passed away on February 15, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Duncan and Crystal Leffingwell Duncan; his brother Donald Duncan; and his father-in-law Earl Carrico. He is survived by: his wife Jean Carrico Duncan; his children, Billie Ransbottom (Todd) of Proctorville, OH and Kevin Duncan (Kris) of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Seth Ransbottom, Emily Phipps and Emily Duncan; his mother-in-law Ella Ruth Carrico of Sebastian, FL; his sisters, Carol Tripp (Alton) of Toledo, OH and Bobbie Kattoua (Saeed) of Columbus, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Hamrick (Steve) of Vero Beach, FL, Diana Best (Randy) of Sebastian, FL and Ronald Carrico (Bernie) of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and a community of friends.
