He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his wife Rene Maynard; his children, Ricky Maynard and Dani Shaposka (Pat); his grandchildren, Julian and Lucy; his sisters, Kathy Hill and Ruth Simmons; his siblings-in-law, Jim Dillon and Linda Nuti; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Nuti. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
