She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Kodek and John Kodek; her former husband Joseph Calapa; her son John Calapa; her husband Stan Humberson; and her sisters, Donna Kokely and Marien Kodek.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Calapa (Lorri), Joe Calapa (Lisa) and Kathy Lieberth (Bob); her sister Michelle Florencki (Tim); and her grandchildren, Nathan Calapa (Amy), Cody Calapa (Carli), Troy Calapa (Sarah), Danny Lieberth (Danielle), Andrew Calapa, Karlie Poole (Jeremiah), Julianne Calapa and Jake Lieberth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and countless friends.
