It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Kowalski (Chardon, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Baraga and Joseph Baraga; and her aunts and uncles, Anna Ban, John Ban, George Ban, Sophia Kopec and Helen Carevich.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Swider (Gregory) and Michael Christy (Karen); her grandchildren, Adam Swider, Laura Christy Singleton (Stephen) and Thomas Christy (Kaitlin); and her great grandchild Nathanael August Swider.
