He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Rose; and his brother Mark Machuta. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Kelly Janor (John) of Hambden Twp and Kyle Machuta of Cleveland; his grandsons, Jackson and Jared Janor; and his siblings, Lee Machuta of Leesburg, FL, Brian Machuta (Barbara) of Port Orange, FL and Karen Perry (Mike) of Ormond Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his buddy.
