He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Perry (Dan); his grandchildren, Haleie Ward, Tessa Kline, Tracey Allender, Gino and Brandin Salim; his sisters, Dorothy Uncapher and Patricia Ann Kuhn; his sister-in-law Linda Kline; his nieces and nephews, John Kline, Ron Kapis, Kevin Kline (Michelle), Melanie Kline, Kimberly Dowdle and Christine Stivers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Travis, Matthew, Nathan, Jeffrey Kline, Autumn Kline and Kelly Kapis.
