McHugh (Chardon, Ohio), born in Larksville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Evelyn Siu (Tom) of Munson Twp, Anthony McHugh (Patricia) of Lebanon, NJ and Tom McHugh (Joanne) of Aurora; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Lt. Thomas L. Siu (Sarah), Ethan and Connor.
In his retirement, he was a Ranger at Fowlers Mill Golf Course for 13 years until the pandemic.
