He was predeceased by: his parents, James Butcher and Bonnie Butcher (Armstrong). He is survived by: his significant other Janet Puthoff of Centerville; his children, David, Christine Butcher of Winnetka and Brenda Mullins of Dayton; and his sister Joy Pharmer of Bloomfield, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
