He was predeceased by: his mother Connie; his stepfather Charles Evans; his father Bill Bartha; his grandmother Thelma Foland; his sister Shelia Silvio (Anthony); and his nephews, Mario and Marco Silvio.

He is survived by: his wife Angela; and his daughter Madison.
