She was predeceased by: her husband Lonnie McNichols; her parents, Charles Wuertz and Viola Wuertz; and her granddaughter Alicia Garcia. She is survived by: her children, Annette Smith, Brenda Fleming and David McNichols; her grandsons, Jeremy and Cody; and her siblings, Bev Fox (Donald), Nancy Molnar (Steve), Richard and Larry Wuertz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
