He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantine "Connie" and Hazel Welser (Wobser); and his sister Patricia Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Judith Welser (Bodi); his children, Kristine Welser and Norman Welser Jr.; and his grandson Shaun Marcil. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
