He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Myerholtz (Knepper); his sons, Clinton Myerholtz, Gregory Myerholtz (Patricia) and Fred Myerholtz (Cathy); and his siblings, Elaine Mylander, Karen Dewitz (Dennis) and Lowell Myerholtz (Helen). He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild; two step grandchildren; five step great grandchildren.
