She was predeceased by: her brother William "Bill" Lewis. She is survived by: her significant other Kevin Hand; her parents, Pearl Lewis and Kathleen Lewis (Richie) of Sandusky; and her sisters, Kimmi Ryan of Loris and Christine Dietrich of Sandusky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
