She was predeceased by: her husband George Harkness, Sr.; her parents, Harold Schonhardt and Alice Schonhardt; and her son Kenneth Harkness. She is survived by: her daughter Alice Orshoski (Scott) of Port Clinton; her daughter-in-law Kim Harkness (Darin Monak) of Castalia; her grandchildren, Joshua, Shawn Orshoski, Jessica, Aaron, Kara and Kendra Harkness; and her siblings, Alice Kuns (Richard) of Castalia and Harold "Sonny" Schonhardt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
