He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Crum and Mary Crum (Hacker); his daughter Tina Spaulding; and his sister Sandy Haycook. He is survived by: his children, Mathew Crum (Amie) of Cardington, Mark Crum (Cindy) of Cardington and Lisa Bowersmith of Cardington; his siblings, Connie Sparks of Westerville, Janice Sharp of Florida and Carmen Crum of Montana; and his brother-in-law Chip Haycook of Florida. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
