She is survived by: her parents, Howard M. and Grace Hendricks (Barnhouse); and her children, Russell C., Jr. Lewis (Kathy) of Charlotte, Jo Baker of Galion, Candy McCurdy (Harley Huffine) of Cardington, Rick Lewis of Edison, Rock Lewis of Galion, Jacqueline R. Lewis of Galion, Cary Lewis (Beverly) of Willow Springs, Gracie Crawford (Gary) of Mt, Gilead Lewis and Karolyn Lewis (Mark Turner) of Galion. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
