He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his sons, Jeffrey Arnold and Patrick Arnold (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Alesha Cantrell (Johnny), Lindsay and Cameron Arnold; his great grandchild Leila Jae Cantrell; and his nieces and nephews, Lynette Reiner, Scott Landers, Emily Rohrer and Alton of Kentucky.
