He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henricus "Harry" Baasten and Antonia "Toni" Baasten; his wife Chris; his children, Jason and Cindy Baasten Sabatelli (Michael Sabatelli); his grandchild Kase; his brother Matt; his sister-in-law Beth; his nephew Christopher; his nieces, Sarah and Erika; and also, Pat, Anita, Jan, Chuck, Mark, Bob, Stella, Joe, Sam, Candy, Steve and Beverley. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
