He is survived by: his wife Cathi Takach Mitchell; his siblings, John Michael Takach of Canfield, Mark Raymond Takach (Janice) of Canfield, Beatrice Takach of Poland, Ohio and Judy Krispinsky (Dennis) of Westerville, Ohio; and his cousins, Norma Hardy of Branford and Nancy Duff (Steve) of Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and Godchildren.
