He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Raymond and Antoinette Ann Blackman (Atkinson); and his brothers, Gary and Martin Blackman. He is survived by: his wife Kim Blackman; his children, Heather Bowman (Vic), Mark Casey Blackman and Brent Blackman; and his siblings, Carolyn Parker, Marlane Stadler and Alan Blackman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews.
