It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Poenisch (Canal Winchester, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Meta Henry. She is survived by: her husband Herb Poenisch; her daughters, Beverly Christy (Gary), Sheila Jamieson, Linda Cotton and Terri Jones (David); and her grandchildren, Grant Christy (Tara), Lauren Belmont (Adam), Jamie Jamieson, Matt Arthur (Melanie), Kelly Flynn (Eric), Sarah Godlewski (Aaron) and Ashley Huston (Robin). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Peggy's name to Gender Road Christian Church.
