He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maynard and Clarabel Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Janice Maynard; his children, Darrell, Kelly Maynard and Eva Maynard; his stepsons, Robin Rothe (Anita), Perry Rothe (Debora Denise Boggs), Darin Rothe and Randy Rothe (Kathy); and his siblings, Mary Knapp, Sharon and Johnny Maynard. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grand grandchildren.
