He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kline; his daughters, Tammy Kline and Crystal Adams (Scott); his granddaughters, Michale, Madison, Morgan, Marina Adams and Erin Lawrence (Rick); his brother Robert Kline; and his friends, David and Jenny Cornett.
