He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Bosak and Eleanor Bosak. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bosak; his children, Kevin Bosak (Laura), Scott Bosak (Jessica), Michelle Schmitt (Ed) and David Bosak (Megan); his stepson Chris Hager (Anissa); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Madelyn, Layla, Emily, Sophie, Emma, Eliana and Abigail; his stepgrandchildren, Brad (Kayla), Kaitlynn (Stefan) and Courtney (Natti); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Addilynn, Analeigh, Braxton and Zoey; and his sisters, Cindy Shinovich (Doc) and Peggy Felinski (Thom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
