He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Neelans and Wilma Hall; his wife Carolyn; his children, Chris (Jen), Jeff (Trish), Erika (Aaron), Elyse (Brian), Alex (Briana) and Marissa (Mark); and his grandchildren, Emily, Zachary, Mason, Jayden, Casen, MaKenna, Ahlyssa, Paige, Drew and Talan. He was also cherished by his father, brother, step-siblings, uncle, wife, 6 children, and 10 grandchildren.
