She was predeceased by: her father Ervin Castle; her husband Athol Horne; her siblings, Francis, William "Bud" Castle and Minnie Roberta Castle; and her son-in-law Robert Parsley.

She is survived by: her children, Wanda Parsley, Jeannetta Farrington and James Horne (Mary); her grandchildren, Brenda, Melissa, Anthony, Jennifer, Lisa, Christopher, Matthew and Jason; her great grandchildren, Kristen, Kaylee, Abigale, Jocelynn, Adalynn and Ellie; her great great grandchild Ryder; and her sister Carolyn Sue DeLong (Delbert). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
