He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Simmons and Betty J. Simmons (Fenwick); his brother Jeffrey Simmons; and his nephew Eian Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Simmons (Decker); his siblings, Bob Simmons (Anne) and Cindy R. Estes; and his sister-in-law Pamela.
