He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Russ (Brenda Russ) and Beatrice Russ (Gaume). He is survived by: his sons, Lee Russ of Washington, DC and Joseph Russ of Canal Fulton, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Kylie, Joseph and Abel; his siblings, Linda Simon and David Russ; and his pets, Pie and Morocco.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society or the American Cancer Society, organizations Rick felt strongly about.
