He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Webb, Della Miller, George and Evelyn Kaufman. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Miller and Kathy Miller; his sister Samantha Lane (Rodd); his nieces, Cassidy, Tessa and Madelyn; and his close friend Nicole Didier.
