He was predeceased by: his parents, Onest Ernest and Lou Tex Lipps (Ledford). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lipps (Seery); his daughters, Twyla Miller and Arnella Puckett; and his stepdaughter Brenda Leiser. He is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
