She is survived by: her husband Leo Daniel "Dan" Mazgay; her daughter Stacey L. Smith (Bryan) of Purcellville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Madison M. R. Smith of Purcellville, Virginia and Cameron E. B. Smith of Purcellville, Virginia; her brother Donald Jeffrey "Jeff" Johnson (Roseann) of Carlisle; and her brother-in-law Steve Ross of Caldwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
