She is survived by: her son Phillip J. "P. J." Thomas (Annette) of Caldwell; her sisters, Sally Neff (Larry) of Caldwell and Patsy Lawrence of Caldwell; and her sister-in-law Shirley Hayes (Jack) of Caldwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
