He was predeceased by: his mother Emily Way Francis; his nephew Andy Kelby; and his grandson Gabriel Evener. He is survived by: his father William L. Francis; his daughter Cassie Ferguson (Mike) of New Lexington, Ohio; his stepdaughters, Niki Dupler (Dave) of Glouster, Kayla Simons (Nate) of Glouster and Jeana Farnsworth (JR Lang) of Marietta; his grandchildren, Lexi, Cali, Baylor, Preston, Braeden, Tauren, Aurelia and Adler; and his sisters, Sharon Ball (Tom) of Syracuse and Gwen Kelby of Beverly.
