Conley of Chapmanville and Charles W. Conley (Kathy) of Defiance; her nephew Ronald G. Blair (Valerie) of Lower Salem; her great-nephew Andrew Blair of Lower Salem; and her caregiver Billie Jo Clark (Craig). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
